The garden waste service is an opt-in chargeable service available to all Central Bedfordshire residents. You need to subscribe via the Central Beds website and will then receive a welcome pack and permit sticker that must be fixed to the back of your bin. Subscription runs annually from April to April and full details about the service, pricing and how to subscribe can be found at CentralBedforshire.gov.uk
