What it means for Central Beds Council?
In the election the political control of Central Bedfordshire Council (CBC) has changed with the Independents now representing the largest group within CBC in place of the previous Conservative majority which was swept away in these elections. It now looks a bit like this:
Independents | 27 |
Conservative | 20 |
Liberal Democrat | 10 |
Labour | 5 |
Green | 1 |
